Is Your Property Between 5-29 Storeys?
For buildings with a height of 5 to 29 storeys [R.R.O. 1990. Reg. 859], we utilize the Swing State and Bosun Chair methods for cleaning windows. The Bosun Chair is the most traditional cleaning method, allowing window cleaning staff to descend vertically along the face of the building in a safe and efficient manner. All of our technicians are provided with equipment adhering to Ministry of Labour guidelines.
Is Your Property Over 30 Storeys?
We utilize the Swing Stage, which Toronto Window Cleaners uses when dealing with condos, offices and similar commercial buildings that are 30 storeys or higher. Our personnel are licensed in Elevated Work Platform training, and provided with a fall-protection safety system that adheres to Ministry of Labour standards.
We use elevated work platforms for buildings four storeys or higher, especially those with hard-to-reach windows. These include a 30 foot scissor lift for vertical ascension, and a 100 foot articulating boom lift that allows us to reach in multiple directions. All our technicians are trained in the use of aerial lifts according to Ministry of Labour regulations and standards.

We utilize rope access methods to handle buildings with difficult or inaccessible areas. This gives our team the ability to reach even the most stubborn of windows, thanks to greater mobility and versatility.
